This policy covers this website and its current concept previews. REET AI is presented as a KUZIX TECH product. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@helloreetai.com. Future live services will need appropriate service-specific notices before they are activated.
Information you choose to enter
Contact and feedback forms ask for a name, email address, subject and message. In this version, entries are used in your browser to prepare an email draft or download an unsent note; the website does not automatically deliver them. The automated help chat uses your messages only to choose a predefined answer in the current page.
Technical information and browser preferences
Your browser requests pages and local image/script assets from the serving host. The host may receive technical request information such as an IP address and requested URL. The current preview has no configured advertising or analytics integration. A tab-scoped sessionStorage value remembers whether the feature tour is paused; this is not an advertising identifier.
Email, downloads and external sites
If you send a prepared email, the email service you use and the recipient process it. Downloaded notes remain on your device until you remove them. Maps, KUZIX CONNECT and government reporting links open external websites with their own policies.
Purpose, access and retention
Information you actually send to the team may be used to respond to an enquiry, investigate a complaint, address a security concern or meet applicable obligations. Retention and access should be limited to what is necessary for that purpose. This preview does not claim a verified production retention schedule or a specific resolution deadline.
Requests and choices
You may contact hello@helloreetai.com to ask about information you sent, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, subject to applicable requirements and any information needed to verify and process the request. Do not send identity documents unless a justified verification step is explained to you. This policy does not restrict rights available under applicable law.
Cookie choices and browser storage
The cookie notice offers Accept optional cookies, Reject optional cookies and Essential only. Your choice and its timestamp are stored in this browser under reet-cookie-consent-v1. You can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. No optional analytics or advertising service is currently connected; accepting does not activate a tracking service. Browser storage may also remember whether the opening intro has been shown during this session. This website cannot read cookies belonging to other websites.
