Use this address for complaints, privacy/data concerns, suspected impersonation, recruitment-payment demands or unresolved website issues. This is a grievance contact channel; no named statutory grievance officer is represented as appointed by this page.
What to include
Include your name and preferred reply email, the page or service involved, relevant dates, a concise description, and the outcome you are seeking. Add redacted screenshots or reference numbers if helpful. Do not send passwords, OTPs, full bank details or unnecessary identity documents.
Preparing a complaint
The offices and feedback page lets you prepare a complaint email or save an unsent note. Its draft is not delivered until you choose to send it from your email app. Email requests can only be handled once received.
Response expectations
The team can review information received and request clarification where necessary. This preview does not promise a resolution deadline, official adjudication, recovery of funds or a successful outcome. Applicable statutory obligations, where relevant, are not waived by this statement.
Urgent issues and escalation
For financial fraud or immediate risk, contact your bank/payment provider and appropriate authorities promptly. You may use the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal and 1930 in India, or the relevant authorities in your location. Reporting to REET AI does not prevent an external complaint.
